What We Store vs. What We Do Not
Bit Rupees stores records of your transaction history — deposit amounts, dates, and payment method types — for regulatory and account management purposes. What we do not store are your Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash MPIN, or full debit/credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by certified, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Your sensitive payment credentials never pass through Bit Rupees servers.
Payment Method Verification
All payment methods linked to a Bit Rupees account must be registered in the account holder's own name. We verify this during the withdrawal process. If a payment method cannot be verified as belonging to you, we will request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. This protects both you and us from financial fraud.
- Easypaisa and JazzCash account numbers are verified against your registered mobile number.
- Bank account details for IBFT withdrawals are verified against your CNIC-registered account.
- Card payment details are tokenised by the payment gateway — Bit Rupees never sees the full card number.
- Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years as required by financial regulations.
