1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Bit Rupees website and services. By accessing this website, opening an account, or placing a bet, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling based on the laws applicable to your location.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You accept that Bit Rupees may update these Terms from time to time and that continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised version.

Bit Rupees reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason consistent with applicable law. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Bit Rupees.

2Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the Bit Rupees platform, you must:

• Be a minimum of 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Be a natural person — corporate entities cannot hold player accounts.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and identity verification.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Bit Rupees Ltd. or any of its affiliated game providers.

Bit Rupees uses a combination of automated age checks and manual document review. We may ask any player to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or B-Form at any time. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account at Bit Rupees. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If Bit Rupees identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accumulated on those accounts may be voided. The primary account may also be subject to review and restriction.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Bit Rupees will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Any activity on your account prior to reporting a compromise is your responsibility unless Bit Rupees can independently verify that the access was fraudulent.

Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and address you register with must match your official identity documents. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended without notice and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Bit Rupees performs regular checks and reserves the right to request verification documents from any account at any time.

• One account per person, household IP address, device, and payment method.
• Registration information must be truthful and kept up to date.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person is prohibited.
• Bit Rupees reserves the right to close any account that violates registration rules without prior notice.

4Deposits & Payments

Bit Rupees processes all transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500.
• All payment methods must be registered in your own name and match your Bit Rupees account details.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members' Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts — are not permitted.
• Bit Rupees does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency transfers.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. In the event of a processing delay exceeding one hour, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Failed or reversed deposits that result in chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5Withdrawals

Bit Rupees is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Below are the rules governing all withdrawal requests from your Bit Rupees account.

General Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your own name.
• Bit Rupees does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, Bit Rupees may request identity verification documents including CNIC, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 1–2 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
• Large withdrawals (above Rs 10,00,000) may require additional compliance review and may take up to 5 business days to process.

Bonus-Affected Balances

If your account balance includes funds derived from a bonus, you must meet the full wagering requirement applicable to that bonus before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. Your current wagering progress is visible in your account dashboard at all times. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bit Rupees offers various promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules outlined here.

• Each promotional offer has its own wagering requirement, expiry date, minimum deposit, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limit. These specifics are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds. Once bonus funds are exhausted, real money funds will be used.
• Bit Rupees reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonuses or winnings if we determine that a player has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if the requirement is not completed in time.

7Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Bit Rupees platform — including slots, card games, roulette, Andar Bahar, and virtual sports — use independently tested and certified random number generators (RNG) or verified physical equipment in the case of live dealer tables. RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are published and accessible within each game's rules section.

• Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG systems or physical dealing equipment — they cannot be influenced by Bit Rupees or any third party.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, Bit Rupees will apply a "game completion" policy where possible — completing the round based on the last recorded game state. Where completion is not possible, the stake will be returned to the player.
• If a game is found to have been malfunctioning in a way that affected game outcomes, Bit Rupees reserves the right to void the affected rounds. This applies to both wins and losses.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are available within every game interface on the platform.
• Jackpot amounts displayed on the Bit Rupees platform are live figures sourced from the jackpot network provider. The displayed amount at the time of a jackpot trigger is the authoritative figure.

8Responsible Gaming

Bit Rupees is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time from your account settings.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your account from gambling. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bit Rupees platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the platform's software.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Abusing the promotional or bonus system as described in Section 6.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes that are not genuine errors.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any Bit Rupees staff member via any communication channel.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Bit Rupees reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as listed in Section 9.
• At the player's own request (account closure or self-exclusion).

Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in a verified account will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after deducting any bonus-related funds that have not met wagering requirements. Bit Rupees will not refund funds that were won or deposited in connection with prohibited conduct.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Bit Rupees website — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Bit Rupees Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Bit Rupees content without prior written permission.
• Game software and content is licensed to Bit Rupees by third-party providers and remains the property of those providers.
• The Bit Rupees brand, logo, and trademarks may not be used in any way without explicit written authorisation from Bit Rupees Ltd.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Bit Rupees is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect loss, consequential damages, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.
• Bit Rupees does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• Bit Rupees is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service failures outside our control.
• In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the records held by Bit Rupees server logs are considered the authoritative source of truth.
• Bit Rupees' total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount staked by that player in that specific game round.

13Privacy & Data Protection

Bit Rupees collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.
• Bit Rupees does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with identity verification services, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

14Changes to These Terms
